Use this form if you would like to pay your NAQG dues online, or purchase NAQG products, via PayPal. This form can be used to join NAQG as a new member, to renew your current membership, or to place an order for exclusive NAQG products. All information is required unless otherwise noted.

After you have submitted the form and paid via PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email from our membership chairperson within 1 week, to let you know that your membership form and payment have been received. A "Membership Packet" will be mailed to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of memberships and orders. If you have any questions, please contact our Membership Chairperson. Yearly Member Dues for United States members: $25.00, Canada $30.00, and $40 for Mexico and abroad.  If you wish, you can pay for more than one year of membership.  Simply send your membership dues for each year you are paying for and include special instructions in the space above with your order.

Rulers are $1.25 each (buy 4 get 1 Free).
Key Tags are $10.00 each.
